Summer is a time to expand through the heart. In this mindful yoga series, RYT registered yoga instructor and SomaSource Practitioner Lucia Rich will focus on gentle movement, meditation, simple flow sequences and poses suitable for all levels. Slower paced movement releases tension in the body and builds flexibility with awareness of the breath. Join us to relax and restore.
All ages and all levels welcome! Free, and no registration required. BYO yoga mat or use one of ours.
