Two of Puccini's one-act masterpieces from his famous "Il Trittico" will be performed four times with four casts. Suor Angelica is the story of a nun with sad secret. After receiving terrible news, she makes painful decision. Il Tabarro is about the difficult lives of impoverished workers on the French rivers. It is about a married man and his obsession with finding out with whom his wife is having and affair. Considered by many to be Puccini's best composition, even above La Boheme and Madame Butterfly.
